This aswell as Dash's name being used makes me think maybe the episodes as aired arent the intended order. Or mars is really just that naive to think dash wouldnt laugh in his face if he fell down in an alley...
Poor Marshall may be very confused at this point. If we do assume the eps are in order, Mars knows Dash reluctantly saved him from the bank robbing ghost, then saved him from a werewolf (though he may or may not know/suspect about Dash's name substitution on the ticket in the first place), and the voiceovers that aired suggest they've had some run-ins since then. (Marshall being very certain about how much Dash cares about money, which it's hard to get from just those two prior meetings.)
If this one was meant to air after Loyal Order...yeah, I don't know.
