Sam/Dean wakes up in the real world as Jared/Jensen, filming the show. I've seen this done on a couple of tv shows (Growing Pains, Eerie Indiana, etc.) and I'd love to see a Supernatural take on it. I'll take the reverse situation, too. If Jared/Jensen wakes up as Sam/Dean.
