Eerie, Indiana No Brain No Pain updated and new bracelet

For the new one, I used a fortune cookie charm, a pagoda, a screwdriver and the Dash hands, a toothbrush and toothpaste and hairdryer, and a music note. On the old one, I just added a couple of screwdrivers either side of the shopping cart.

The little Dash hands arrived, and I added some tiny guns and cowboy hats for Grungy Bill aswell.

I also had a stab at a new one for the same episode, but added a hurricane lamp and some bicycles. I've only got the one mill and toaster so they stayed on the original bracelet

Eerie Indiana Reality Takes a Holiday themed charm bracelet

I still need to add a pair of hands for Dash and a gun, and maybe a Bigfoot-themed charm if I can find one, but for the moment, we have script pages, movie cameras, TV screens, film reels, clapper boards, director charms, reapers and gravestones. I'm also going to put a golf buggy charm on there and I want a typewriter charm aswell.

Eerie, Indiana charm bracelet: Zombies in PJs

I used camp fire charms to represent hell-fire, shopping bags and dollar bills, a couple of contract-charms, a microscope charm and some charms shaped like old-fashioned mobile phones. I've got some old-school TV charms to go with the Donald's terrible adverts and a little American flag, and I want to add a tie charm, some dollar symbol charms, and a globe or something similar to represent the World o' Stuff.

Eerie, Indiana Loyal Order of Corn themed charm bracelet

This has the old-screen TV screens from Scariest Home Movies, and the cows and corn/wheat charms from the Mister Chaney bracelet, as well as a couple of big wheels, since the Loyal Order was full of them. I'll also be adding some hand charms for Dash, and some little ear of corn charms once they get here.

Eerie, Indiana charm bracelet: No Brain, No Pain

I need a couple of charms of hairdryers, screwdrivers and scissors to really complete this, and I literally just found a listing for fortune cookie charms, which I'm going to order and add, but at the moment:

A shopping cart, some money, Chinese takeout boxes, a comb, the walkie-talkie that Charles babbles into, and a cassette tape (because I definitely couldn't get hold of an eight-track charm).

Eerie, Indiana charm bracelet: Mister Chaney-themed

Craftmas is over, but since I was three days late starting (and also have massive impulse control issues with eBay, apparently), I have tonnes of charms left to use up.

I used charms of howling wolves attached to charms of the moon, a milkshake charm to serve as the gross werewolf cure, some wheat sheafs, autumn leaves, acorns, ears of corn and a tractor to keep with the harvest theme, a tractor, some cows, walkie-talkies and camp fires, newspaper charms, and a little Spanish shield, because of the iconic "he's in Spain" line. There's also a tiny American flag to represent Mayor Chisel and his whole "this whole country" bit. I'm waiting for a bullet charm, an eyeball, and a camcorder, as well as a set of little hands to represent Dash.

Twelve Days of Craftmas!

And here it is, the final day of the Twelve Days of Craftmas challenge! This one is themed around Dash's introductory episode, the Hole in the Head Gang. However, it's very unfinished, so I'll probably be posting up more pictures further down the line.

Anyway, here's what I have so far:

This one has a really cool charm of an old mill (the wheel really spins!) and a toaster with bread slices that actually pop up. There's a couple of milkshake-y things that I'm using as a Black Cow, a skipping rope that I'm using to represent both Mister Radford tied up in the basement, and Grungy Bill tying Simon and Dash up before going to rob the bank. There's also, for obvious reasons, dollar bills and little bags of money.

I'm going to add a pistol charm (of course), some little hand charms (for Dash) and maybe a little sheriff/star charm, if I can find one that I like. Also perhaps torches and cameras, maybe a football helmet to reference their "goonie" helmets. I'll post more pictures as I go!

Eerie, Indiana Marshall's Theory of Believability-themed chrm bracelet

Literally the day I post an entry saying I don't have the right charms to do an entry for this episode, said charms arrive in the post. Pay attention, universe: I do not have enough Colin Farrell to do Colin Farrell-themed things. Feel free to send me many Colin Farrell to remedy this the very day I mention it.

So the eBay listing claims those charms are Bigfoot, but if you ask me they're blatantly Chewbacca from Star Wars. I added some footprint charms, som little planets, binoculars, cameras, handcuffs, and little books with "a true story" written on the front, which I think fits the theme of this episode quite well.

Twelve Days of Craftmas

The last ten entries for the Craftmas Challenge have followed the order of the episodes. It follows that my entry for Day Eleven should be themed around "Marshall's Theory of Believability"; however, I haven't gotten started on that episode's bracelet yet as most of the charms haven't arrived. The same goes for the "Tornado Days" episode, so I'll just skip to what I regard as episode thirteen, Broken Record:

I have vinyl records and a turntable on this one, as well as some little pitbull charms. Much like the Heart on a Chain bracelet, I'm waiting for a package of little surfer-men charms to arrive so then I can have pitbulls and surfers. There's milk bottles, of course, because apparently dangerous driving and dairy delivery go hand in hand in Eerie, and headphones, but I also managed to get a few references to Syndi's subplot in there. There's fireman helmets and handcuffs and police badges, and a couple of little notebook charms and pages full of handwriting.

Twelve Days of Craftmas!

Today's charm bracelet is themed around the Lost Hour:

I've got a milk truck (it's super cute, the wheels actually turn), milk bottles and cows, melty clocks, regular clocks, a trash can (yes, you can buy charms of bins, but not berets, what the hell), gravestones and grim reapers, and a pair of Converse and a net for Janet (this is actually a lacrosse thingie, according to the eBay listing, but I say it's a shrimp net).

Similar to the Who's Who bracelet, I'd like to add some mirrored shades to this so that the Creepy Garbage Guys get a bit more representation.

Twelve Days of Craftmas!

For Day Nine of the Twelve Days of Craftmas challenge, I have a (bizarrely beret-less) Who's Who-themed charm set:

I've used pencil charms (obvs), easels, trunks/suitcases marked "Paris", a passport charm(not that Sara Sue needs it), a couple of bicycles, and a sealed envelope to represent the letter she sends Mars from Paris. I also included a police badge and handcuffs for Sgt. Knight, and am waiting for a pair of aviator-style sunglasses to get here. I'm planning to add an Eiffel tower when it arrives, and maybe a unicorn to represent the garage door that Syndi wants to paint.

Eerie, Indiana charm bracelets

Did you guys know there was post today? I didn't. Anyway, here's a bowling ball and skittle (pin? Idk) charm that just arrived. I'm going to add the bowling ball charm to my Scariest Home Movies bracelet, and use the pin/skittle for the Loyal Order bracelet, as a callback to Radford's line near the end of the episode when he says that Ned vanishing into the interdimensional TV screen portal isn't as weird as the Shuckers Bowlathon.

Twelve Days of Craftmas!

For Day Eight of the Twelve Days of Craftmas challenge, I present to you, a charm bracelet themed around the episode Dead Letter!

I used silver closed envelope charms, bronze open envelope charms which have "with love" written on the front and a little embossed heart rising out of the open envelope at the back, rocking horses from Marshall's dream, some little bronze heart charms, milk bottles to symbolize possibly the deadliest delivery drivers in the world, notebook pages saying "I love you", cameras and gravestones. I think I might add some newspapers (for Andrea) and possibly an ambulance or hospital charm if I find one I like.

fourth craftmas video!

SO BEHIND

anyway. this one is crocheting in the back loop and how to fasten off.

Twelve Days of Craftmas!

Day 7 of the Twelve Days of Craftmas, and the first day of 2016. Today's entry is a bracelet themed around the episode Heart on a Chain. It's got a couple of anatomically correct hearts, a skateboard, Grim Reaper, gravestones, and milk bottles. For obvious reasons, I couldn't find a charm of a muscled surfer dude with a pitbull head, so instead I've ordered a charm of a pitbull which I'll put next to a charm of a surfer to represent the Pitbull Surfer logo on Devon's skateboard. It's also got a little spiderweb with spider to callback the Fly reference at the start of the episode and a pink Cadillac representing the King's well-meant but probably impractical dating advice.

Later, I'd like to add a few more valentines shaped hearts to this necklace, and maybe throw in another Elvis reference or two. Burgers and music notes, maybe?

Twelve Days of Craftmas!

Today's entry for Twelve Days of Craftmas is a charm bracelet themed around episode 6 of Eerie, Indiana, Just Say No Fun.

I've got some retro themed cats-eye glasses for Nurse Nancy, an eye chart, and some school-related charms. School buses, school buildings, backpacks, etc. I'd like to add some floss charms and some report cards if I can get hold of them.

Twelve Days of Craftmas!

My fifth entry for the Twelve Days of Craftmas is a bracelet themed around the Scariest Home Movies episode. It has TV screens, a film reel, a couple of movie cameras, clapper boards, and a mummy. I'd like to add a few more Halloween-themed charms to this one - pumpkins, ghosts, skeletons etc. I couldnt find a VHS charm so I used the cassette tape charm from the Retainer instead, which I think works pretty well.
