It could well be that Dash is ancient and eternally stuck looking like whatever age he was when we met him. (Although that does only work in fic and the animated version of reboot, because nobody kept Jason Marsden in Foreverware.)
They never mention his exact birthday and it seems like he stays 13 for over a year, so I went from somewhere in 1978, since that's the year on Devon's tombstone.
Eventually he and Simon are going to have to notice that something's weird with time in Eerie.
