Eerie Indiana Filk?

I have about 3 or 4 original songs written but even combined with the couple of covers I want to learn if I can find their guitar chords that's still not enough for an album. I'm really good at writing parodies but I'm not sure how the legal negotiations would have to work for me to parody all the stuff I want to. Regarding writing original filk most of the specific fandoms I'm into to that level are kinda B/C-list (in terms of popularity not quality) even by nerd standards (like Warehouse 13 or Pushing Daisies or the Overwatch lore (I said lore not just game) or Eerie, Indiana) so I'm not sure if tracks about them could actually sell and I find it hard to write original sci-fi or fantasy story songs because I've consumed so much sci-fi or fantasy media that nothing I think of feels original. I've never been in mutual love so nerd/geek love songs are harder and even stuff about mythology/Arthuriana it's hard to feel like I have a unique take
