Thanks! (Now that I can reveal my Sekrit Yuletide Identity.)

I'm so glad I found this community. I've been dying to read some Eerie fic since I posted 'em.

Ive been going all the way back in some of the author tags and argh these are every bit as awesome now as they were when I first discovered them and went "holy fuck it's real, IT'S REALLY REAL, somebody actually wrote Fic for this! !"

Thank you! Yeah, these were my very first Eerie fics and I still love them and loved writing them. I can remember watching Eerie over and over again for inspiration, especially the Dash X episodes, because that's who my recipient was especially interested in.

In many, many, MANY years of reading fic, in many fandom, the Kid Who Shot Marshall Teller and an Escaflowne fanfic called Four Minutes stand alone as fanfiction that were so good, that so perfectly encapsulated everything I loved about the original story and built on and I corporates it so well, Ghostbusters after reading I had to times stop and think because they really, truly felt like they could have been part of canon.

*blushes*

Thank you! That's the nicest thing anybody's ever said about one of my fics.

I was thinking about it as it came up again recently in a conversation about old fandoms and websites. It was actually about Digimon but we were talking about the fics that you always remember even if you're not actively in a certain fandom anymore and this one stuck in my head for years before I started doing much on the Eerie comm.
