Young Mars' shirt has the little clocks on it! What's on his shorts?

Sadly it's just some little surfer style flowers - the clock shirt was the closest analogue i could find to the clock boxers. I did find minifigs.me tho, who do custom parts, so maybe a clock boxers/puffy white trainers pair of legs is in Lego Mar's future...
