Marshall smiled at the thought of Dash tied up and staked to the ground in one of Eerie's prime UFO-watching spots. Maybe with a giant "Abduct Me" sign stuck to his forehead.

I laughed so hard at this and then got mood whiplash from how dark it got in the next sentence! So good!

Thank you! Yeah, Dash is both sneaky and smart, but as a homeless teenager with amnesia and a connection to exactly two people in Eerie, one of whom he’s just tried to destroy, he’s in a vulnerable spot if somebody with imagination and motive did decide to go after him. It’s a good thing for him Marshall’s not actually going to give into his darker impulses. Well, probably not.

This of course is assuming the head canon where Marshall is an insane serial killer remains just a headcanon...

Is there already a version of the insane serial killer headcanon where Dash is the thing that finally causes him to snap?

I mean, fire ants aren’t exactly out-of-proportion vengeance given what Dash just pulled...
