im totes headcanoning that they met in college, because eerie would want its weatherman to have scientific training even tho he never actually uses it because eerie, and now howard is just super grumpy cos hes all like I KNOW YOU KNOW THIS ISNT SCIENTIFICALLY VALID and wallys like...
