Janet/Melanie is probably my femslash OTP, too, but others I've pondered:

Janet/Melanie/Sara Sue. Or either with Sara Sue individually.

Future Syndi/Melanie or Syndi/Janet. Or Syndi and the friend she was helping with math in the Halloween episode. (I feel like Syndi probably dated at least one or two women in her college years, if not in high school.)
