So, following this comment thread, I was wondering... what cocktails do you think they serve in Eerie? What's on the specials board at the Loyal Order of Corn? What's the Mayor throwing back after a hard day, or raising a glass of in celebration when he successfully feeds a teenage boy to a slavering wolfman? And in the alternate reality where Eerie was a juggernaut fandom with it's very own annual convention and a hotel bar decked out in yellows and greens and giant inter-dimensional TV sets, what's on the menu for thirsty fans looking for a pleasantly alcoholic beverage?

Rodney's mum is Sailor Neptune?!

Barbara Radecki is a Canadian actress who has performed several roles for television shows, movies, and has voiced several animated roles, most notably the voice of Sailor Neptune in the English version of Sailor Moon S. She had appeared in several earlier episodes as Ikuko Tsukino and Queen Serenity as well.

Unexplained is a haunting and unsettling bi-weekly podcast about strange and mysterious real life events that continue to evade explanation.

Perhaps we demand this meaning as a way of staving off our greatest fear - that maybe there isn't a why, or even worse, that the truth would just be too dull...

But sometimes, when something is inexplicable, that mystery in itself can become the story. In many ways, it is often the lure of the mystery that keeps us coming back for more. And sometimes, it is when confronted with the unknown that our imaginations are at their most fertile.

Maybe, ultimately, some things are just better left unexplained…

I blame Eerie, Indiana for my “young guys with grey hair” fetish. Dash X was one of my very first crushes. (25 freaking years later I’m still pissed Eerie only got one season.) Dash, and Johnathan Harker in Bram Stoker’s Dracula. Which were, coincidentally, released more or less within a year of each other. Apparently, a lot of my tastes developed when I was seven or eight years old.
