Omri Katz is key. The only logical explanation for its status is displaced affection: affection rightfully belonging to the Eerie Indiana movie we were denied.

Reminded once again that Eerie Indiana was a thing. I recall really enjoying it. Also the dog episode was legitimately scary at the time.

I like to think that all the Melania clones are kept in a huge walk-in freezer somewhere and when the current Melania becomes sentient enough to realise how disgusting Trump is he has her killed and just thaws out a new one. https://t.co/g2tYnpKewf

What movie / character creeped you out as a kid?#Halloweek #MySpookyMind #Halloween #Spooktober pic.twitter.com/ZeKykKAB2i
There was an '80s' cartoon called Diplodo and the villains used some kind of mind control on humans. In one episode they made people addicted to bread and then everyone kept eating everything they could, including walls. It totally freaked me out because I had an eating disorder.
— Gem the Autumn Lizard 🍂 (@gemlizard) October 25, 2020
That does sound creepy! I remember particular episodes of childrens tv that freaked me and gave me nightmares. 1 was an episode of Peter Pan & The Pirates & 1 was Eerie Indiana.
— 🎃🦇🕸 My Spooky Mind 🕸🦇🎃 (@My_SimpleMind) October 25, 2020
I just googled diplodos and those characters look familiar to me, like I may have watched some maybe.

Eerie Indiana! That girl who got a heart transplant from her crush and it didn't let him date another boy until she returned a heart-shaped necklace to his grave! And that kid who could read minds of dogs through his braces, and the dogs killed and ate the shelter guard! WTF?!
