Nihilistic Phantasm has an idea for an Eerie TV series...

Yeah, remember that show? Haven’t you wondered whatever happened to those characters when they grew up? Well how about if that show had a revival like Fuller House and Twin Peaks season 3? The main plot thread is about Marshall, the main character, and his friend Simon, trying to make one of those tongue-in-cheek cgi shark movies (Sharknado, Lavalantula, Sharktopus vs. Whalewolf, etc.) but the practical effect keeps actually killing members of the cast and crew one after another and find out that the animatronic shark is an actual artificial intelligence that was created by the illuminati. Then in the middle of the season Dash X enters the story to reveal there is no movie, they are in a streaming on-demand show. They realize they will be imprisoned in the show for eternity unless they can rewrite the script for the series finale but they have to find the writer of the show to do that.

I mean, the second part is just Reality Takes a Holiday updated to todays level of technology, but I love the idea of sentient robo-prop sharks...
