eerieindiana(I was talking to Froodle and we decided this is totally necessary. I apologize for the craptastic banner)
What it is: A fest of Eerie Fic! Including Eerie, Indiana and Eerie, Indiana: The Other Dimension. Just comment with your prompts and write for any prompt that speaks to you. That easy!
Rules:
1) Only one prompt per comment, please, but feel free to comment as many times as you want
2) Prompts can be anything. Song lines, words, ideas, pictures; anything goes. Just no NSFW pics
2) Prompts can be filled an unlimited number of times
3) All ratings and genres allowed
4) Rate all stories in the subject line of the comment (i.e., Title of Story, Rating)
6) All pairings and gen fic allowed.

Date: 2015-09-04 07:13 pm (UTC)This, however, is nothing to the woman who is sitting at the ice cream counter talking to Radford. Even sitting down it's clear she's tall and her long black dress brushes the floor below her. She sits up straight, hands settled on the counter before her, fingers intertwined. She's striking, stunning. She turns as Mars and Simon walk up and take their seats and her gaze is steady and piercing and Mars adds one last descriptor: terrifying.
"Ah, children," she says, turning back to Radford, "are they yours?"
Radford shakes his head, letting out a light laugh as he sets a black cow and a ditto on the counter for Simon and Mars. "No, Morticia, though I do try to keep my eye on them." He winks at Marshall, then turns to the woman. "Morticia Addams, these are Marshall Teller and Simon Holmes," he says. "Mars, Simon, Morticia is married to my cousin, Gomez." He gestures to the man on his head. Mars struggles not to start staring again.
He's saved - if he can call it that - by Morticia returning her attention to him. "I'm sure you will find my Wednesday and Pugsley around here somewhere," she says, "I think Pugsley was looking for some nice sturdy rope and Wednesday wanted to peruse the selection of bear traps." She smiles and a chill runs down Marshall's back.
"Yes, Marshall, Simon, why don't you two go see what Wednesday and Pugsley are up to? They're about your age, after all," Radford urges.
Normally nothing could drag Mars and Simon away from their black cows, but something about Morticia Addams has them turning tail to flee almost before Radford finishes speaking.
They check the rope first and find a large boy carefully tying a noose. Marshall pulls Simon away before the boy can notice them and they swing through to the hunting section and find a thin, pale girl has set up an obstacle course of traps and has destroyed a few dolls by making them "run" it.
Outside in the bright sun, Marshall looks down at Simon, who meets his gaze and shakes his head. "I'm not going in there again until we're sure they're gone," he says.
Mars nods. "I can only take so much weirdness, Simon, and that was too much."
"You said it."
Inside, standing on his head on the ice cream counter, Gomez Addams says, "I really do hate coming here, the vibes are all wrong."
Morticia nods. "It's much to sinister, my sweet. Only short visits from now on, I think."
