The weather this past couple of weeks realy hasn't known what to do with itself. I arrived in Manchester last Saturday to weather so warm and sunny I sat outside in a sleeveless dress eating breakfast and got really badly sunburned, only for the next day to pour with freezing rain so I had to wear a fluffy coat and a waterproof anorak over it. It hasn't made its mind up since - Today we went out for lunchtime waffles and there were people in heavy knit jumpers, in t shirts, in big winter coats - none of us know how to dress for what the weather is doing because the weather doesn't know itself. All of which makes staying inside where I can instantly go from a vest top to a duvet and popsocks even more appealing.
