Eerie, Indiana DVD insert leaflet wih map

So, if you bought the UK release of Eerie, Indiana on DVD, it came with a leaflet giving the episode titles and brief overviews and a map of Eerie on the back. Going on deifire's comments here, and the YouTube comments left on iMAyfair's unboxing video, it looks like maybe the US release didn't have it.

I'm not sure whether it's the entire US release or just my copy that's booklet-less. I bought it years and four towns ago in one of those quirky new and used media stores instead of the Transformers season I originally came in there for. Hadn't even realized the DVDs existed until I saw them on the shelf that day.

My work scanner only lets me scan to Pdf, so i had to use Paint to make it an image which is why the text is all untexty, woe

It's so weird that the American release doesn't have the same stuff as the UK one; we did get it a few months later so maybe it wasn't ready when the US one came out, but then you'd think, why did they bother for the English, but not the Americans?
