Furnished Rm. in Twin Peaks House in Wooded Setting with large Garden. $2,250.00 per month plus half of PGE approx. $100.00 per month. House gets lots of light, fireplace, deck, garden, one garage parking space included. Very quiet neighborhood. Perfect for walking and hiking. Near bus line 37. Share with one person, me. I'm a design professional. I go to bed very early and rise around 4:00 a.m. Very in to keeping healthy, eating healthy, working out. Playing sports. Very quiet and private. I work from home. Internet is included. Sorry no pets, no smoking, no drugs/alcohol, no shoes in the house. Everything is provided. King size bed, linens, towels, two large closets. I don't watch T.V. but if you do I will provide a flat screen for your bedroom. Prefer quiet professional. Clean and good mannered. No cursing. No parties. Good work history. Good credit.
