Retainer tie-in audio tape and illustrated book!

Remember the illustrated ForeverWare read-along book and tape last summer? When I eventually managed to track down one that still had the tape, a glance at the back of the packaging indicated that there might have been a.similar book made for the Retainer.

I didn't have any luck finding it at the time, so I set up some Google and eBay alerts and left it alone.
