Well the encounter at the Bank of Eerie takes place in February 92, so that would put Old Bob appearing in mid-November. Tbh I could see Wally arranging picnic weather in November but just because it was a trdadition that they had it then...

Oooh! I've always thought he came with the space thing in Theory of Believability, but maybe... I always put Tornado Days in May as it's tornado season, so how does this fit in with what we know of the timeframe?
