Gortimer Gibbon's Life on Normal Street was clearly influenced by #TheTwilightZone. When I moved back into my office for season two, I hung Rod Serling's picture over my desk (along with another huge influence, Ray Bradbury). They kept watch over Gortimer to the finale. pic.twitter.com/3B9fFTz2wn

But no Eerie, Indiana?

These two writers are huge in my life, not just for Gortimer but for everything. Eerie, Indiana was an undeniable influence. We used to joke that we belonged to a genre of three: Gortimer, Eerie, and Pete and Pete.
