As usual, you can incorporate this challenge however you see fit - tell us tales of madness, shifting tides, werewolves, lunar goddesses, whether the moon landing was real or fake or simply a mass hallucination.

Marshall "Mars" Teller, is a teenage boy who, along with his family, move to the statistically safest place on Earth, Eerie, Indiana. Mars quickly realizes that Eerie is anything but normal, though his family remains oblivious to the strange events. Along with the only seemingly normal person in town, a young boy named Simon, the two set out on various misadventures to discover the unusual and often supernatural happening that inhabit their town.

One of the greatest shows ever, Eerie was way ahead of it's time. It didn't fall into the mainstream until 6 years after it's release and 4 years after it's cancellation. Marshall was one of the coolest characters ever created for a "kids" show, wasn't dumbed down, but wasn't to edgy either, he felt like a real kid and reacted to situations how I feel I would have reacted. Joe Dante created the show and his stellar writing was on full display. Episodes were creepy, creative and never felt cheap. In-jokes a plenty and many references to classic horror, fans of the genre will no doubt have plenty to enjoy. Gravity Falls creater Alex Hirsch admitted that Eerie inspired his own show and that Gravity was just his way of extending his favorite show for a few more seasons. And of course with all of Dante's work, Dick Miller makes yet another appearance, this time as a "Lost Collector". Elvis lives, Squatch steals garbage, ghosts walk the land and dogs look to dominate the world, truly a great time.

When you come across an American-style Japanese diner on an island that is getting more Twin Peaks-esque as the day goes on... it's beginning to get confusing what is real and what is art.
