April is here and the shops are full of cut-price chocolate eggs. Traditionally a time for bunnies, in Eerie they probably have the Easter Jackalope bringing their chocolate eggs. To celebrate, I'll be posting a different Jackalope-themed bit of merch every day in April.

Omri Katz retired from acting years ago and, apparently, has subsequently worked as a hairdresser in Los Angeles. Unusual career path for a former pin-up, but he came out of it alive and well unlike too many of his contemporaries. I really liked him in Matinee and Eerie, Indiana - an unusually talented teen actor - but clearly he decided to step away from acting. So long as he's happy.

T.C. Warner joined the cast of All My Children in October of 1995 as Kelsey Jefferson, the daughter of Tara Martin and granddaughter of Joe Martin.

T.C. was born in San Francisco, California, and grew up in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where she landed her first acting job in a small role in Silverado, directed by Lawrence Kasdan. Although her part ended up on the cutting-room floor, the positive response to the work influenced her to pursue acting full-time.

After studying at Stephens College in New Mexico, she relocated to Los Angeles where she quickly won roles in such shows as Beverly Hills, 90210, Knots Landing, Blossom, and Eerie, Indiana. She has also landed leading roles in television movies, including Breaking the Silence with Gregory Harrison and Overkill: The Aileen Wournos Story with Jean Smart.

In addition to her role on All My Children, Warner has starred in an several feature and television films.

My pitch for if they ever rebooted Eerie, Indiana... ummm... Again.

In Eerie, Indiana: The Other Dimension all the weird went to that universe. So I would connect these two shows. I'd have it set in the original Eerie universe in modern times where Eerie has been just a normal place since that event took place. So Marshall and Simon would be adults with jobs and family. Marshall would work for the same product testing company Things Incorporated like his father did. Simon would work at the World O' Stuff. They both would believe they just had really active imaginations when they were kids. Both of their kids would meet when the weird returns to Eerie. Eventually they'd discover the stuff in the attic and continue Marshall and Simon's work investigating the weird. From there it would be the ongoing story of finding out why and how the weird came back whilst each episode the deal with another weird occurrence. Eventually you'd have appearances from Mitchell and Stanley and possibly other cast members.

The Lost Hour episode of Eerie Indiana was the first episode I remember watching and fell in love with it. This show is a masterpiece. I don't remember the year but I know I was a kid. This must have been in 2000 when I was ten as I also recall watching Power Rangers Lost Galaxy (which would have aired in 1999/2000) in the same place and the years after this I did not watch TV in that place cause I had my own TV in my room.

First time I watched the entire series was in about 2006-2007 and I know that because of the friend I had at the time. I was really trying to convince him to watch it. Don't know what happened to that guy. He was cool Anyway all the episodes had been uploaded to Youtube and I loved it even more. This is probably when I started to have a love for cinema. Before that I only cared about writing and soccer. I was shit at soccer!

A lot of how I think about writing a story stems from watching episodes of this show. This show is my inspiration and if I could create something even half as good I'd be satisfied. If you read this far let me know if you've seen the show and what your favourite episode is.

I really struggled with this theme, there's just so many brilliant TV shows! So I thought back to when I was a kid and this show popped straight in to mind! Such a weird programme but I loved it. I even have it on DVD still.... Might be worth a watch during this lockdown
