Great episode! I've always liked that "Theory of Believability" seems to mark a shift in Marshall's character away from "if I can just convince the right authority with the right evidence..." and more toward "trust no one" which I think plays out in later eps in interesting ways.

(Did you realize we have seen Chisel before? The character's in ATM with a Heart of Gold, but is never specifically called out as also being the mayor.)
