I actually came here to say "Eerie, Indiana" also teens experimenting with weird stuff was the entire Plot of "Strange Days at Blake Holsey High". Alex Mack was a book&tv show. Weird stuff happening, Teens & Military Did It is not a unique enough plot to claim anything.
