I decided to do a challenge on tumblr where people sent me a string of 5 emojis and then I wrote a fic. I have two down and I just moved them over to AO3, so I though I'd link you all!

Growing up I used to watch a lot of Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network shows, and while I would never be allowed to watch reality TV or anything scandalous, when it came to kids shows, there was pretty much free reign, but should there have been?

As I child, I never thought twice about just how disturbing some of these shows actually were, stuff that looking back on as an adult, I’m left surprised I never had recurring nightmares. From creepy tales about monsters, ghosts, and ghouls, to shows about puppets that have been rumored to be similar to Chucky, these are just some of the weird things that should have had a higher age restriction. Below are 15 of these disturbing shows and their most memorable moments.

5. ‘Eerie, Indiana’ Only Lasted For A Season For Good Reason

Eerie, Indiana first aired in 1991 and ended in 1992, and perhaps that was because it was too creepy for kids. If you’re unfamiliar with the story, it follows the life of a teenager named Marshall Teller, who is forced to move to an almost abandoned town in Indiana. While in the town, Marshall soon discovers that there is something about this town that just doesn’t sit right, and a lot of strange things start to happen but no one seems to notice it (it reminds me a bit of an old-school version of Stranger Things).

Some of the creepiest things that happened on the show occurred in the episode “The Hole in the Head Gang,” in which Marshall and his friend Simon head to a presumed haunted mill to investigate and stumble upon a kid with grey hair referred to as Dash X. And then there is “The Dead Letter” episode which awakens a ghost. I feel the goosebumps on my arm just writing this!

Popped into TK Max to see if I could pick up more weird thing. They were all out of weird thing, but check out this monstrosity I found in, unsurprisingly, the clearence section:

Somebody actually thought that thing was a good idea. Someone legit sat back, looked at that thing, and thought "yeah, people will pay money to put that in their mouths." It looks like the disgusting blob of ectoplasm from the Old Hitchcock Mill scene in the Hole in the Head Gang.

Eerie Indiana headcanon #13: when they first investigated the Old Hitchcock Mill, there was a weird sculpture thing made of green slime and antlers and eyeballs. Later, Mars and Simon would assume it was something Dash left there as set dressing. Actually, neither Dash or Grungy Bill knew anything about it.

Hi all! I got my EI dvds in the post a few days back and immediately went on a mission to find people to ramble at. And here you are, aren't you lucky?

So I pretty much skipped right to the episodes with Dash, and after getting on the phone with my brother and partner in all things 90's, I came up with a few theories of my own as to what is going on with "that sneaky kid with the hair".

Hi to everyone!
I just found this here and well some of you have EI on DVD right?
How much did it cost?

Could anyone please make more pictures of Dash?

And an other one: I'm writing (better planning to write) a fanfiction but it's 'bout 4 year since I saw EI! I don't remember if Dash had some kind a place where he lived.

I would be happy 'bout answers!

Bye filegnaru
